Recently I was looking to export the alert config from Redgate and then import this onto a new install as for some reason Redgate had decided to fudge itself and needed a complete new reinstall on a new VM. Anyway, after a while of search on Google I didn’t come up trumps, however, Redgate support did!

RedgateAfter contacting Redgate support they got back to me with a SQL script that should be run on the same SQL Server/Instance that the Redgate database runs on.

Once you’re on the SQL Server. Download and run this script. It will then output a SQL query. This is the query you’ll need to run once you’ve reinstalled Redgate on a fresh database. I’d also always recommend backing up the existing files and database before you do anything.
